Calla Paris - a sustainable line of Babouche slippers that embody conscientious design and celebrate Moroccan craft. Each pair is handmade and one-of-a-kind, upcycled from vintage Berber rugs that were the source material for her own recent rug interpretations.
And now they just released a bridal collection which features these… made from leftover luxury fabrics from Parisian and Italian Couture houses, in delicate nuances of cream, ecru, ivory, and eggshell.

My family and I visited the Met Museum on Saturday (my extremely talented 5-year-old nephew takes classes there). It was there and then my sister was introduced to Braque by way of this painting:
She cooed in front of the piece and I noted that I would share his fish paintings with her later. I love the fish paintings.
